With her achievements in national championships and off-road competitions, Hande quickly made a name for herself thanks to her determination and disciplined approach. As the lead driver of Rolmot Racing Team, her performance and perseverance on the stages play a key role in the team’s success.

İbrahim Yılmaz, born in Eskişehir in 1983, is a graduate of Eskişehir Osmangazi University. He began his professional journey in motorsports as a co-driver in 2013, bringing his passion and dedication to rallying. Having gained valuable experience in both national and international competitions, İbrahim has become an indispensable member of Rolmot Racing Team. With his discipline, strategic mindset, and expertise, he is the most trusted supporter of the driver and makes a direct contribution to the team’s achievements on the stages.

Hasan Erdoğan, born in Ankara in 1984, graduated from Atılım University with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. While supporting his sister, Hande Erdoğan, he developed an interest in motorsports and began his active career in 2025. Competing in rally and hill climb events, Hasan quickly drew attention with his performances and, through his achievements, made a significant breakthrough in his motorsport journey. As the founder of Rolmot Racing Team, he stands out with his discipline and determination as one of the key figures strengthening the team.

Melis S. Erdogan, born in Isparta in 2002, is a Mechatronics Engineering student at Bursa Technical University. Having been passionate about motorsports from a young age, she first stepped into the stages as a marshal in 2024. Thanks to her education, she has a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and a strong curiosity in this field. With her determination and eagerness to learn, Melis quickly advanced to the co-driver seat in 2025 with Esok Rally, marking the start of her active career. Despite her young age, she stands out with her discipline, enthusiasm, and energy, and is recognized as one of the promising young talents who will shape the future of the team.

Faruk Sayın, born in Burdur in 1976, graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Economics. His interest in cars began at the age of 15 with buying and selling, and in 1999 he took his first step into motorsports with drag racing. Between 1999 and 2003, he actively competed in drag and supersport drag seasons before taking a break in 2003. Returning in 2005, he continued to race periodically until 2022. Since 2002, Faruk has focused on the Turkish Rally Championship and continues his efforts in this field today. Not limiting his passion to his own career, Sayın has also passed this enthusiasm on to his son Rüzgar, making motorsports a way of life within the family.

Hilal Olgun, born in 1994 in Samsun, graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University with a degree in Dialysis Nursing. Driven by a lifelong passion for automobiles, she entered motorsports in 2021 as a marshal.She achieved third place in the women’s category of TOSFED Stars Search and was selected to participate in TOSFED’s co-driver training program for women. Her first race was TransAnatolia Rally, one of the longest and toughest rallies in Turkey.For the past two seasons, she has been competing as a co-driver in the Turkish Rally Championship, while also racing as a driver in autocross events with the support of Ege Asal Motorsports.
